INGREDIENTS

  • 120 ml (½ cup) almond milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal

To taste: slices of bananas, strawberries or raspberries

PREPARATION

1. In a Mason jar or small bowl, lightly mix almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and maple syrup.
2. Add oats and mix again.
3. Cover and let sit in fridge for at least 6 hours, but no more than 24h.
4. In the morning, add fruit and enjoy!
