- 150 ml vegetable oil (olive, canola or sunflower seed)
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp (or to taste) salt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
In a bowl, pour in cider vinegar and add salt and Dijon mustard. Add maple syrup. Mix with a fork or whisk, and slowly whisk in vegetable oil.
Use a small mixer and mix everything together.
For Variety :
Use virgin olive oil, nut oil or add 1 tsp of roasted sesame oil…or a good wine vinegar or lemon juice.
1 month in the fridge. To maintain a fresh taste, add herbs, garlic or shallots only when ready to serve.
